Field Trip Friday 2019

September 13 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

$8.50

Maker Faire Milwaukee co-host, the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum, will organize Field Trip Friday programs for elementary, middle and high-school students again in 2019. All Maker Faire Milwaukee field trips include an orientation with a Museum maker-educator, a schedule of hands-on workshops and demonstrations with Faire exhibitors, a behind-the-scenes tour of the Faire and opportunities to talk with makers who will exhibit their work over the weekend. Workshops and demonstrations will represent a broad range of fields, including electronics, printmaking, digital fabrication, sustainability, data visualization, as well as Maker Faire’s Design & Build Derby workshop.

Field Trips are $8.50 per student and will include 2.5 hours of activities. We ask that each group have a minimum of 10 children, or pay a minimum of $85 for Field Trip Friday. Transportation is not included. For more information, please contact us at education@makerfairemilwaukee.com
